Season 53 - 2020-2021 and Season 54 - 2021-2022 Updates

Our 53rd Season

We have missed making music for you these last months, and we are excited to offer an update about this spring’s concerts. By carefully incorporating safety protocols, we will soon be able to come together to enjoy music once again. We are grateful for your continued support and understanding as we make changes to ensure the safety of our patrons and musicians.

We will provide very flexible options for any ticket buyers that these changes directly affect.

The Anderson Symphony Orchestra was organized in 1967 by leaders at Anderson University, with its very first performance made up largely of volunteers from the local community.  Today the ASO is a proud assemblage of professional musicians, who for the most part, earn their living in the music arts.  Maestro Richard Sowers has conducted the Symphony since 1989.
